CHILLER UNIT

Designed for a chocolatier who required a means of replacing the existing system of using a chilled marble slab kept in the freezer to sculpture chocolate.

The unit can increase production time by 300% (subject to air conditioned or ambient temperature environment)

Can be manufactured to any size with castors and single phase power supply.

BREAD PANS

Manufactured to restaurants requirements. They wanted tins to hold bread and chips as an alternative option on the table.

Manufactured in Alisteel, and designed to customers specification.  

FOOD PRODUCTION RACKS

Stainless steel 12 runner rack manufactured to hold plastic stacking ttrays.

Designed after discussions with customers health and safety manager who requested specific amendments to standard actalogue item.

Racks manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel to suit individual applications. 

 CUP CAKE HOLDER

Aluminium punched tray cup cake holder to hold 12 cupcakes.

Each plastic container will hold 2 punched trays. = 24 cup cakes
